Care & Use

• Oven safe up to 425°F with lid
• Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F without lid
• Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pan is fully cooled
• Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling
• Always use high smoke point oils
• Deep clean with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda
• Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents
